Saintdude's Tribes Sound Pack
Thank goodness that in the world of the internet we don't
have to see our buddies. Saintdude would have no friends at
all :) Saint has come up with a new sound pack for Tribes.
Its easy to install and adds new life to the game. Here's
what he says...
UnZip this file, SaintDude's
FX , into your Tribes\Base directory. That's it. I didn't
pack them into a volume mainly because I was lazy but also
because it'll allow you to pick and choose which sounds you
want.
Updated Sounds
- All new firing and impact sounds for weapons except for
the elf. I couldn't find or modify anything to make it worth
while.
- All turret movement, startup, shutdown and firing sounds
updated. - Updated flag event sounds. - Equipment destruction
sounds updated. Lots o bass.
- Scout\APC running sounds upgraded. Scout missle changed
also.
- Generator and Pulse Sensors tweaked
- Llama sensor jammer sound. Just try it.
There are a few other minor ones you'll probably run into
along the way also. I hope you enjoy. Please post yours if
you have some custom stuff of your own. I'd love to hear them.
