ADMISSION RULES FOR NEW RECRUITS
1) A sponsor can only sponsor
one candidate until that candidate has reached full membership

2) A
sponsor shall indicate a desire to sponsor a potential candidate
by adding the potential candidate's name to the Watch List,
together with the sponsor's name and any other useful information.

period, the team clerk will hold a vote on sponsorship of

votes shall be admitted first.

(excluding members that are on the official inactive list)
with no objections will be necessary for admission. One of
the votes must be from a member of the Admissions Council.
Members may only vote in favor of a candidate they have met
personally.
6) If anyone votes against membership
on the first vote or if fewer than 25% vote in favor of membership,
a second vote, not to take place for at least one week, will
be held with the same admission requirements .
