Who Gets Credit?
{BZ}freak_o_nature
- Fonzie created most of the models of the BZ1 tanks that
we ported in. It all starts with a dozen screen shots and
turns into a model in a game. "Poof". Without
his hard work, this project would never have happened. Between
him and Avatar, the BZ Community will have "lots"
to play with. Thank you.
{BZ}Avatar
- Avatar was the workhorse of the group. I had to bribe both
of his Rotties to go easy on the walks so that we didn't kill
the poor guy. It cost me several large beef bones and a couple
of nice collars. Avatar worked on many things including skinning
the models that FON created, creating a couple of models,
getting third party permission to use other people's work,
and community PR. My deepest thanks Avatar.
{BZ}Cheeto
- Another workhorse who loves to mess around. He'll try anything
and always succeeds at it. Cheeto built the orginal Used Tank
Lot Map, ported it into BZ2 and modified it. I can say it
all in one line, but you can trust me when I say that it was
a LOT of work. Cheets, we've travelled a long road together,
I look forward to the next mile.
{HEL}Dutch Boy
- DB created our Icons and Wireframes. He worked with Avatar
on the quality assurance portion of the program, which consisted
of more than "Yup, thats a tank!". He also took the original
BZ1 tanks skins and, through a mysterious process known only
to a few computer graphics professionals in Tibet, made them
better than the originals! Thanks DB!
{BZ}Dead Kenny
- I asked DK for some help building a proper license agreement
to cover our butts should something happen when the COW files
were installed. Of course, nothing will happen. He came up
with one of the most brilliantly written documents since the
Magna Carta. Don't let the first line fool you, be sure to
read it.
{BZ}MowerMan
- Mow Mow helped us out by beta testing and critiquing. All
this with a slowwwww..modem connection.
{VC}Amaleki -
Created the first "BZ2 Sound Pack". I used most
of his sounds and modified/replaced a couple. Thank you Amaleki,
your pack was inspiring.
/FA\-Sli
- Ported the razor before anyone had even considered doing
it. We used it in this pack and appreciate it very much. Thank
you.
NthDegree256
- Besides having a cool name, Nth also gave us the splat cannon.
He responded to a post I made asking for weapon submissions.
He deserves extra credit considering that he didn't really
know us or what we were about. Another great member of the
BZ1/BZ2 community.
Ken Miller and Nathan
Mates - offered words of encouragement and shared
in our pain while upholding the Pandemic tradition of saying
much, but revealing little....
All of these people did *much* more than what
I have said here but not everyone has enough bandwidth to
